WELLBEING PRACTITIONER & ICF REGISTERED COACH

I am a ICF accredited coach. This means that I have undergone coaching training with an ICF accredited coaching school, completed supervised practice, passed an ICF examination and also uphold the ethics of the ICF. Coaching is the framework I use. I also use other tools (listed below) where I think they can add value. I am also EMMC registered and a  coach mentor for them.

Cognitive Hypnotherapy

We have one mind and although we are not consciously aware of everything that the mind holds, we have a vast amount of processing power at our disposal. About 90% of our mind operates at the unconscious level  and this is an unfiltered repository of all the information we have ever received, including our experiences, memories and beliefs. We may passionately want something in our life and don’t seem able to achieve it or worse still, sabotage its chances of success. The answer to this frustrating paradox always lies with the unconscious and invariably it will be something in our very early memory that is the root genesis of our unwanted behaviour.  We need to go back to the source coding to  re-programme these patterns.

​Hypnosis is an effective way of  directly communicating with the unconscious mind so it starts to cooperate with the conscious part of your mind. Hypnosis can be used to help overcome phobias and deeply held sabotage patterns. It can also help install new suggestions, behaviours  that you wish to cultivate.

Neuro-Linguistic-Programming

Neuro Linguistic Programming, (NLP) is an eclectic set of tools and processes that models behavioural excellence. NLP is constantly adding to its repertoire of tools in the search for making things better.. It has been successfully applied in sports, business and training environments for the past 40 years.

NLP analyses deep patterns and the way these patterns are created. NLP is a very good  way to create new goals and intentions.

​Energy Psychology

Energy Psychology is a collection of protocols such as Emotional Freedom Technique, (EFT). Thought Field Therapy (TFT). I am accredited in both.
​
I have been using Energy Psychology in my work for over a decade and find that it is one of the most effective ways to address causes that have an emotional root.

Because EFT directly uses the language of the client, there is no reframing, no  analysis, no denial of feeling or censorship of emotional expression. ​This is one of the most liberating and empowering aspects of the treatment

There are thousands of testimonials available online about the efficacy of Energy Psychology and it often works when nothing else will. 

HeartMath

The Heart Math Institute is the leading-edge US Institution that pioneers the latest technology about the innate intelligence of the heart.  I use the bio-feedback mechanisms and tools of Heart Math to measure the heart coherence  as this greatly predicts long term wellness  and is a powerful tool to use with people who have made health a priority in their life.

Visioneering TM

Our future is not fixed. We are not bound to a single path and our past does not necessarily predict our future. This is one of the greatest revelations that frees us to live to our full potential. And most of all, it is never to late to start again. I have developed Visioneering to help you create a new life vision, one that you can see, feel, hear and one that feels entirely possible for you.

Visioneering is inspiring, empowering and action-oriented and usually takes three sessions however can be achieved in a morning or afternoon break-through session. You visualise several potential pathways and chose the one that is best for you. You make choices that will support that future so it becomes your reality.

Mindfulness

Although mindfulness has Buddhist roots, mindfulness is about religion or morality. It is  a commitment to live life  anchored in the present reality, to be aware of the mind to make up stories and to live in a state of gratitude, non-judgement appreciation and curiosity.   
A 20 minute daily mindful meditation increases helps us develop self compassion and a develop a tendency to notice more about our life, to be less reactive and more responsive. It sharpens our powers of observation.  Most of all, mindfulness needs a daily practice, it is not something you acquire through another person or through an intellectual understanding.

Chi Kung

In ancient China, Chi Kung was a jealously guarded secret only revealed to the chosen adepts. Even now, though more readily available, its true power remains a secret to many.  
 
Chi Kung is a mindful based movement practice that opens up our joints, helps us breathe more deeply, become more energised, re-vitalised  and embodied. Chi Kung is the basis of many martial arts and medical Chi Kung is a vital part of Traditional Chinese Medicine practiced by millions of people all over the world.

Chi Kung enables you to move with grace, confidence and power.
