I work a minimum of five sessions with my clients. This is booked so that all five sessions occur within two months.
The first consultation explores where you are now, what you would like to achieve and some contextual history. This lasts between for 90 minutes and follow up sessions are an hour long. My methodology will depend on the nature of your challenge and what is appropriate, yet typically involves a mixture of talking, exploring, reflecting, releasing, problem-solving and establishing new choices. I set assignments between sessions and ask that you to bring a pen and paper with you. We will then decide a schedule to work through to reach your goal.
Re-Charge: Away Days
These are single-block sessions: a morning, afternoon or whole day. Suitable for clients who wish to create a life vision, a start up business strategy or transitioning into a new career at any stage of life.
Checking In Sessions
Some people also work with me for a particular reason and then return at a later date to maintain their progress or to delve deeper. These one off sessions on a needs-to-be basis suitable for clients in need of some "checking in". These are booked in 90 minute sessions.
