As my work is a process, not a single event, clients book a block of four sessions with me at a time ideally one session per week for the first four session.
The first consultation explores where you are now, what you would like to achieve and some contextual history. My methodology will depend on the nature of your challenge and what is appropriate, yet typically involves a mixture of talking, exploring, reflecting, releasing, problem-solving and establishing new choices. I set assignments between sessions and ask that you to bring a pen and paper with you. We will then decide a schedule to work through to reach your goal.
