I have been listening to a recording by Cathy for over a month using elements from Chi Kung combined with hypnotic techniques and this has greatly helped me to emerge from a very deep sense of loss I was experiencing.  Cathy's calming and reassuring voice lends itself perfectly to the recordings and the listener is taken on a 'tour' (that they can experience in their own way) of the 5 elements of earth, metal, water, wood and fire.  I cannot say quite how it works on the unconscious level but it beautifully written and expressed, as are other of her recordings that  I've heard and seems to touch the areas that are needed to make transformation possible, through nothing more it seems than intention and daily listening for a time.  This apparent simplicity belies the power of the work to create change,  I particularly enjoy the way it seems rather magical although I know its basis lies in an effective amalgamation of proven techniques that are elegantly and skilfully combined by Cathy and she creates a very enjoyable, relaxing experience that importantly has made a very tangible and positive difference in my lifeMarriane Fiore July 2011

 

This 30 day programme is ideal if you need to:

This programme consists of a set of dynamic daily practices that help raise the bar mentally, emotionally and physically. When we put these practice, our whole outlook changes. These practices are based on tried and trusted truths: that eating the right food helps our mind and body function best, that regular exercise changes our biochemistry and becoming happier with who we are is massively beneficial to our overall wellbeing. It can take a minimum of 30 days to activate these changes: yet once instilled, they can remain with you forever.

I will help you start the process and guide you through the next 30 days. You will have an opportunity to assess yourself at the beginning and end of this period. Change can be dramatic or subtle. It really doesn’t matter what difference makes the difference. What matters is that you start to move forward.

I will help you develop a number of skills that you can practice over the next 30 days. These are:

This Empower Your Goal Programme includes three coaching sessions, email support, a comprehensive workbook, an audio CD that helps your unconscious mind work on your goal and a suite of tools to help keep you focused and motivated.

Session 1. In the first session, through a special form of visualisation and Time Line Therapy known as Future Life Progression, you will be invited to see your future and the alternatives you have. You will find out what you can expect if you don’t make any changes, and then what can happen if you do. This session alone can change your life.

Session 2. In this session, we identify your immediate goals that will help you realise your vision and create the right path to get you there.

Session 3.In the final session, we will create with a personalised map of your vision and important goals. You will also be provided with a template that captures the priorities and daily habits that will help you meet your goals. They can be put on your computer or into a folder to carry with you - or both. These templates are both practical and inspirational. They are designed to keep you away from distractions and FOCUSED on what you want. These templates have been especially created for this programme and are not found anywhere else.

Why do people fail to reach goals if they know what they want?
